Sales Agent

Sanderson are partnering with a global Financial Services business, who are looking for Sales Agents to join their growing Gloucester office!

Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to both inbound and outbound sales enquiries for insurance products
• Offering clear, accurate, and compliant product information to customers
• Consistently meeting - and aiming to exceed - individual and team targets across sales performance and quality standards
• Delivering a professional, empathetic service that helps customers feel confident and reassured that their loved ones are protected

Skills Required:

• Proven experience working in an office-based sales or customer service environment, preferably within a Call Centre
• Target driven mindset
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• High level of resilience and positivity
• A willingness to learn and develop

• £30,000 starting salary, with the ability to increase in the first 12 months
• Uncapped OTE of £60,000 - £85,000
