Location: Uk, Fully Remote - can be based anywhere in the UK
Salary: £18 per hour Up to £38,000 per year pro rata
Start Date: Immediately, 3 month temporary contract with the potential to extend to a permanent role
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional administrative support that enables the team to focus on revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders accurately and maintain internal CRM and tracking systems.
Prepare and format quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client communication.
Organize and maintain digital sales folders, team timesheets, and other essential documents.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales reporting, and document preparation.
Follow up with customers regarding order updates, documentation, and general inquiries.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top-quality support.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with sales documentation and order processing workflows. Experience in supporting B2B sales teams.
