Luxury Real Estate Agency in Sotogrande

Full-time & On-Site

Initial salary: 22.000 € GROSS/year + discretionary bonus

Permanent Contract

We are a leading real estate agency on the Costa del Sol seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sotogrande.

This is a full-time, on-site position-remote work is not available. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00-19:00.

Your Role

Your main responsibility will be to manage our property database by uploading and updating listings, while also providing essential support to our management and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload new properties and update listings in our CRM system
  • Maintain a well-organized database of resale properties and new developments
  • Edit photos, videos, and other media to ensure high-quality advertising
  • Liaise with developers, property owners, agents, and industry professionals
  • Use CRM systems for property and sales management
  • Provide general administrative support: coordinate calendars, arrange viewings, compile data, and assist the team as needed

Essential Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - both languages are essential for internal communication, CRM usage, and property descriptions. Other languages are strongly valued, but are not as essential (our team and clients are international).
  • Strong IT skills - ability to learn CRM platforms, media editing software and property portal tools quickly.
  • Media editing capabilities - knowledge of, or ability to learn, tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, and 360 Virtual Tour platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail - our business depends on accurate and professional presentation of listings and internal data.
  • Strong organisational skills - we provide full training, but you'll be expected to manage responsibilities independently after the onboarding phase.
  • On-site availability & transport - this position is based entirely at our Sotogrande office. While few off-site tasks are expected, public transport is limited, so access to a car and driver's licence is strongly preferred.
