At7Learnings, we're on a mission to become the category leader inAI-powered pricing software for retailers and eCommerce businesses. To support our continued growth, we're looking for aSales Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our team remotely from theUK.
This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their AE career to work closely with experienced AEs and SDRs (based in London) while being part of an international team headquartered in Berlin. You'll develop into a full-cycle seller-handling everything from lead generation to closing deals-with strong coaching, exposure to enterprise sales processes, and the potential to grow into an account management role.
Your mission
Own the top of the funnel: Build and qualify a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and event follow-ups
Work closely with our UK-based SDR and AE team to identify opportunities and run strategic outreach campaigns
Learn and eventually lead the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, from discovery to product demo, proposal, and closing
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C-Level, VP, Director) across enterprise retail and eCommerce accounts
Explain a complex AI solution in a simple and compelling way, tailored to the customer's business case
Collaborate with marketing and partner managers to maximize lead gen efforts
Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences in the UK and across Europe (occasional travel required)
Contribute to CRM hygiene, reporting, and refining sales playbooks
Your profile
Must-Haves:
Minimum2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR with strong performance or early AE)
Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with C-level executives
A smart, analytical mindset- you're curious, coachable, and comfortable selling a complex, technical solution
Experience in enterprise sales or working with larger accounts
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and driving lead generation
A strong LinkedIn presence/network (connections in relevant industries is a plus)
Native or C2-level English communication skills
Based in the greater London area, with the ability to work remotely and travel occasionally
Nice to Have:
Experience in the retail or eCommerce industries
Familiarity with AI or data-driven software solutions
Previous experience working in international teams
