A large, well-established GP Training and Teaching practice situated within a beautiful market town on the West side of the Lake District. The Practice offers a supportive team culture, excellent work-life balance and an additional day of annual leave for your Birthday.

Clinically, you'll see a below-average workload of 13 patients per session meaning a 5.30pm finish is possible.
SalaryCirca £11,000 - £12,000 per session + Indemnity insurance paid + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave.

- 13 patients per session (26 patient contacts per day) with 15-minute appointments
- 30-minute protected coffee/admin break every morning and afternoon
- Minimal home visiting thanks to Paramedic support
- Duty doctor system supported by ANPs, paramedics and care coordinators

- You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
