Job Description

Cricklade Surgery is seeking an experienced Salaried General Practitioner to join our friendly, community-focused practice located on the outskirts of Swindon.

Main duties of the job

Deliver high quality clinical care via a mix of face to face, telephone, and online consultations.

Manage a varied caseload of acute and long term conditions.

Participate in Quality and Outcomes Framework (QoF) work, quality improvement activities, and audit projects.

Work alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team, contributing to the ongoing development and innovation of the practice.

We are a small, one Partner practice with a close knit and supportive team, proudly serving a list size of 3,500 patients in the beautiful town of Cricklade. Our ethos is rooted in traditional, family centred general practice, with continuity of care at the heart of what we do.

Cricklade Surgery is an active and engaged member of the North Wilts Border Primary Care Network, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, innovative primary care services.

We use TPP System One as our clinical system, alongside the System Connect online consultation platform.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • Has proven experience working in UK primary care.
  • Is committed to providing excellent, patient centred care.
  • Works well within a small, collaborative team.
  • Brings enthusiasm for contributing to service improvement and practice development.
  • Has an area of specialist interest they wish to develop (optional) we will fully support you in shaping and growing this within the practice.
