Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GP to join Marine Lake Medical Practice. Our supportive team are well established, friendly, hardworking and dedicated to providing a good experience for the patient and a pleasant working environment.

We are an innovative GMS research, teaching and training practice located in West Kirby, caring for over 19500 patients and have an elderly patient demographic. The practice is made up of 7 GP partners, 7 salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 6 Practice Nurses and 3 HCAs & a phlebotomist. The clinical team is supported by an efficient reception and admin team.

In May 2023 we moved into our brand-new purpose-built Marine Lake Health and Wellbeing Centre. This has provided us with a fantastic new building and the space we need to develop and grow Marine Lake Medical Practice.

We are looking to recruit a salaried GP for 7 sessions per week on a permanent contract .

Main duties of the job

We are involved with Liverpool University Medical School and have a teaching ethos hosting medical students and train ST3s.

We offer additional services including minor surgery, contraceptive services, coil fittings and implants. Job responsibilities

Youwill work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision ofmedical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standardof clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. You will adhere to theGMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effectivemanagement of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive,collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
