Main duties of the jobClinical Duties
- Appointments F2F, Telephone and online.
- Home Visits - Normally carried out by our paramedics over lunch time, 30 minutes per visit unless out of the usual practice boundary.
- Daily Administration including tasks, letters, results
- Extended access hours

The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced partners, nurses, and administrative staff to provide high-quality medical services to our diverse patient population.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified GP looking for a supportive first role, with mentorship, development opportunities, and a clear pathway to long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to registered patients.
- Conduct a range of consultations, including face-to-face, telephone, and online appointments.
- Manage acute, chronic, and preventative healthcare needs.
- Contribute to clinical decision-making, multidisciplinary team meetings, and case reviews.
- Participate in duty doctor sessions and home visits (as appropriate).
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using the practice's IT systems (e.g. EMIS Web).
- Support the delivery of QOF, IIF, and local enhanced services.
- Engage in audit, significant event analysis, and quality improvement activities.
- Participate in educational meetings and contribute to the development of the practice.
- A supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team.

Essential:
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the performers list.

Desirable:
- Experience using EMIS Web (or similar clinical systems).
- Interest in teaching, training, or clinical leadership.
- Desire to develop a special clinical interest or portfolio career.
