Salary - £11,000 - £12,500 depending on experience and responsibilities

Location - just south of Reading

The surgery -

• GP Training Practice
• Low deprivation, increasingly younger population, many young families
• Stable team of GPs
• Morning coffee break and weekly team meetings with rotating topics
• Paramedic-led triage supervised by Duty GP
• Substantial admin time
• Uses EMIS system

The role -

• Salaried GP with potential partnership in 3-5 years
• 4-6 sessions, flexible on days
• Well-managed workload, no extras
• Few home visits
• Encourages specialisms; current GPs have areas of interest
• Must be GMC registered and on UK Performers List
