£44,000 - £103,500 per annum BMA model + 6 weeks leave + study leave

Salary & Benefits

• BMA-equivalent contract
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week study leave
• 4-6 sessions (6 preferred)
• 12 patients per session
• 15-minute appointments
• Protected follow-up slots (GP-bookable only)
• Minimal home visits (dedicated visiting team)
• Team-based duty: triage GP + F2F GP
• No evenings or Saturdays
• Buddy system prevents admin build-up

• GP Training Practice with multiple trainers
