SailPoint IdentityIQ & IAM Consultant

Our client within the financial sector is currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Identity & Access Management IAM and specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This is not a developer role, but requires strong expertise and practical understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ technology and IAM processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Working as part of an Agile team to expand and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities
• Driving collaboration with stakeholders to implement enhancement initiatives
• Capturing and documenting functional requirements
• Writing user stories and producing process/functional documentation
• Testing developed features and verifying & monitoring deliverables in production
• Contributing to the overall maturity of IAM

Required experience and competence:

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its features
• Understanding and experience of centralized IGA, preferably including cloud environments (AWS, Entra ID, Google)
• Solid knowledge of IAM processes (identity life cycle, SoD, certifications, access request processes)
• Understanding of IAM good practices and principles
• Experience working in an Agile setup
• Testing experience
• Fluent English

Location:

The consultant should be able to visit the client's premises in Poland (Warsaw or Gdynia) 2 times per week and must already be based in Poland 3 days per week can be remote work.
