SaaS Implementation Consultant

Since 2001, we have been providing powerful CRM implementations for customers. We are now on the lookout for a CRM Implementation Consultant to join our team.

In this role you will define customer needs and design data models for each solution, working predominantly in the office while spending about 20% of your time visiting client sites across Dublin for requirements gathering, system installation, and client training.

Responsibilities

• Build and amend customer solutions.
• Perform data migration from various sources to databases.
• Problem solve customer business and technical issues.
• Manage change requests with customers.
• Support existing customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an implementation consultant with strong data modeling skills, and ability to design and customise data models for CRM solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Strong experience in data migration.
• Strong web development skills.
• Training consultancy experience and/or implementation of CRM systems.
• Ability to write technical documents.
• Excellent customer facing, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience building reports such as MS Access, MySQL, Oracle, and Crystal Reports is beneficial.
