S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant (Billing & CRM)

Job Title - S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant (Billing & CRM) - Hybrid (Stockholm/Solna) - Long-term project

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant with strong experience of SAP CRM and S/4HANA Utilities for a project in Solna (Stockholm), Sweden.
Our client, is preparing for a migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA within their Customer IT Nordic department and is looking for a senior CRM consultant to strengthen their existing team and support solution localisation and transformation activities.

S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant
• Strong experience in SAP CRM
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities (Customer Engagement)
• Solid knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
• Experience with PME (Product Modelling Environment)
• Strong understanding of Middleware and integrations
• Proven experience in documenting business processes
• Strong communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to coach and support colleagues proactively

Nice to Have:

• Functional experience with SAP IS-U (Move-in/-out, Contract Accounts, CTI Integration)
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as ILM
• Experience with integrations using OData and IDocs
• Experience handling performance issues in large-scale processes (eg mass data changes)
• Knowledge of the Swedish Utilities market

The details of this SAP CRM Consultant role include:

• Rate: TBD
• Location: Solna (Stockholm), Sweden - hybrid (flexible remote working options)
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Initial contract until December (preparation phase) + extension into migration phase
