S/4HANA Data Migration Functional Consultant - 12months + Contract - Paris, France

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking an S/4HANA Data Migration Functional Specialist for a Global S/4HANA Transformation Program based in Paris, France. This role supports our global FMCG client on their strategic transformation journey, focusing on high-quality data migration across multiple functional domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional data migration activities across selected business process areas within the S/4HANA program.
• Work with business stakeholders to define data objects, mapping rules, transformation logic, and cleansing requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate migration loads using SAP Migration Cockpit or other ETL tools.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution across mock loads and cutover cycles.
• Provide functional expertise across master data and transactional data relevant to FMCG environments.

Requirements:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with specific expertise in data migration.
• Proven experience delivering data migration streams on at least one full end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
• Deep understanding of FMCG business processes and relevant master/transactional data.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, or LSMW.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills within global program environments.
