Contentsquare is looking for a high-energy, driven Senior Sales Development Leader with strong business acumen and a significant understanding of leading an international progressive Sales Development function. The ideal candidate will possess, alongside a strong sense of leadership across a multicultural organisation, a strong technical aptitude, be wholly data driven and analytical in approach and have natural sales management instincts to help lead our Sales Development Representatives across the EMEA & APJ Region. The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers in an inbound capacity and responsible for driving a significant focus on outbound demand generation. The SDR teams across the globe are filled with creative, passionate, and self-driven team players. You will play a key role as you lead this highly visible and motivated organisation to achieve revenue and demand generation goals, directly leading a highly skilled and experienced leadership team across both the EMEA and APJ regions. This role holds a significant focus on strategic initiatives in the international space - partnering heavily with the SVP of Sales, International and key leadership in Product and Marketing leading the EMEA and APJ regions. Top of funnel represents the highest priority across the GTM organization in the coming fiscal year representing a significant opportunity for the ideal candidate to make a true impact on the success of our business. What you will do: 
- Lead an international sales development organization of 30+
- Coach and lead a strong leadership team of 4+, through change and evolution
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on pipeline development strategies and execution of ABM strategies across the regions
- Adopt a data driven approach to increase ROI of the Sales Development organisation and onboard a strategy of continuous development and adaption ensuring the best return.
- Develop career pathing and personal development strategies for the SDR organisation, promoting retention and promotion of top talent through our GTM organisation.
- Motivate the SDR organisation to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
- 5+ years experience in 2nd (& 3rd line an advantage) leadership in a sales development capacity across multiple regions
- 3+ years experience within a B2B organization as Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role
- Experience leading an international function across a number of organizations
- Experience working with a senior leadership team across Product, Marketing & Finance
- Significant experience working with account based marketing (ABM) strategies, and partnering with marketing to leverage all inbound and outbound lead funnels
- Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the SDR team by example
- Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly/quarterly targets
- Expert in Industries standards and tooling for a progressive Sales Development organization of today
- Expert user of sales cloud for management of leads, contacts, opportunities.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to manage remote team across EMEA & APJ
