Job Description
We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures and projects. These projects are adjacent to our core businesses, are bootstrapped quickly, and involve a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure. Job Responsibilities
  1. Participate in development activities including coding, proposing architectural decisions, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation. Identify issues and implement solutions to complex problems in blockchain protocols.
  2. Analyze and resolve difficult problems across blockchain protocols.
  3. Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to build high-scale backend services.
  4. Manage documentation of all code and functionalities implemented.
  5. Work closely with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to improve the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
Job Requirements
  1. Interest in building first-class products to solve real-world problems.
  2. Experience with various technologies, a fast learner, and a 'get things done' mentality.
  3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting requirements from stakeholders.

  7. 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in backend development (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Erlang).
  8. Hands-on experience with cryptographic primitives like digital signatures, key exchange, symmetric/asymmetric encryption (e.g., BouncyCastle in Java).
  9. Basic knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT.
  10. Experience or interest in Go or Rust. Experience with blockchain internals is a plus but not required.
