Description
- Provide legal advice on rural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
- Advise clients on agricultural law, including land use, tenancy agreements, and related disputes.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation with precision.
- Assist clients with succession planning and estate management for rural properties.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and policies.
- Represent clients in negotiations and mediations to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality legal services.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the legal department to provide comprehensive solutions.
Profile
A successful Rural Solicitor should have:
- Qualified solicitor status with c. 3-5 years expertise in rural and agricultural law or commercial property.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in contract drafting and review.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with clients.
- A proactive approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
