Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a highly regarded and reputable law firm based in Lancashire, currently seeking a talented and driven RTA Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.In this role, you will take ownership of a busy and varied caseload, handling pre-litigated and litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) personal injury claims from inception through to resolution.

• Position: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor

• Location: Lancashire (Hybrid working available)
• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Key responsibilities as an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Managing a full caseload of RTA personal injury matters efficiently and effectively
• Drafting essential legal documentation, including, Letters of claim, Witness statements, Schedules of loss and Court pleadings
• Handling claims via both the MOJ Portal and OIC Portal, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout
• Negotiating settlements with insurers, defendants, and third-party representatives to secure the best possible outcomes for clients

About you as an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor:

• Qualification as a Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury law
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously, manage your own caseload, and consistently meet billing and fee targets
