RTA Claims Specialist - OIC/MOJ (End-to-End)

Aviva plc is seeking an OIC/MOJ-savvy RTA Claims Handler to join our Claims team in the Legal Services department. You will progress a mix of litigated and non-litigated RTA claims, coordinating with customers, legal reps and colleagues to secure fair outcomes.

You'll drive claims forward with clear guidance, maintain high technical standards, and adapt to a flexible, hybrid working pattern while delivering excellent customer experiences.
