As a Room Technician, you will play a vital role inmaintaining the high standards our guests expect across our luxury resort.Supporting our bedrooms and facilities, you will carry out a wide range ofmaintenance tasks, repairs and preventative works to ensure our accommodationand guest areas remain safe, well-presented and fully operational. This is an excellent opportunity for an experiencedmaintenance professional who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride indelivering high standards, and is committed to providing an exceptionalenvironment for both guests and colleagues.

Our ideal hero will have

• Arelevant maintenance qualification, such as electrical, plumbing or arelated discipline
• Atleast three years' maintenance experience within a commercial, hospitalityor similar environment
• Experienceusing hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Goodcommunication skills and the confidence to interact professionally withguests and colleagues
• BasicIT skills and experience completing maintenance records and reports
• Aproactive approach to problem solving and maintaining high standards
• Afull UK driving licence
• Thephysical capability to undertake a hands-on role and respond tooperational requirements across the resort

Implementing our 'Yes, We Can' philosophy, you will

• Carryout maintenance and repair work across resort bedrooms and facilities
• Diagnoseand resolve faults relating to electrical systems, plumbing, heating, airconditioning and bedroom fixtures and fittings
• Maintainroom lock systems, safes, televisions and other guest-room equipment
• Supportthe safe operation of resort systems including fire alarms, lifts andbuilding management systems
• Completemaintenance reports and accurate job records
• Participatein equipment checks, audits and preventative maintenance programmes
• Ensureall work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
• Respondpromptly to maintenance requests and help deliver an exceptional guestexperience throughout the resort
