A fantastic opportunity to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a full time contract.

Pay: £13.20 per hour - equivalent to a salary of £27,456.00.

As a Room Attendant, you bring your authentic personality to everything you do; you are the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction and spark joy.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a pristine room that meets health and safety standards
• Work efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for guest check in
• Greet guests warmly and communicate regularly with the Front Office team

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping (beneficial)
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work at a fast pace
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and going the extra mile to create WOW moments
• Drive to produce results and collaborate within the Kimpton family to deliver personal experiences
• Warm and authentic personality, can do attitude, and commitment to service
• Willingness to work with the team, embrace service, and delight guests
