Salary: £34,957.46(gross)per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,153. This is a Regular Driver Role so also attracts a car allowance of £5000 (gross) per annum, subject to internal checks.

Duration: A fixed-term contract until 30 May 2026
The Labour Party is looking to recruit multiple Local Digital Organisers, across Greater London. The post-holder will be responsible for delivering winning digital campaigns and upskill others to do the same.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good knowledge of the political landscape in London
- Experience of working on multi-platform digital campaigns
- Good video and graphic design editing skills
- Understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)

Please note that this is a Regular Driver Role and there is a requirement to be able to drive and own a compliant car in this role. Any successful applicant will be required to drive and have acompliant car within 12months of their start date. A driving licence is required for this role due to operational requirements including travel between multiple locations and transportation of campaign materials.
