What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to identify, build, and manage process automation opportunities.

• Analyse and estimate the feasibility of new process opportunities.

• Streamline and optimize business processes before automation.

• Forge strong relationships with process owners and SMEs to document processes and obtain sign-offs.

• Create UAT test scripts and execution plans.

• Ensure optimal performance and availability by addressing process exceptions and terminations.

• Keep stakeholders updated on process changes and external software updates.

• Take ownership of planning and managing your own workload in an agile, flexible manner, adapting to changing priorities and team goals.

• Promote, develop, and enhance the RPA service within the team

You will stand out if you bring

• Experience in mapping and documenting complex processes in the professional services sector.

• An understanding of workflow-based logic and can visualize business processes.

• Business analysis experience with a track record of supporting project delivery.

• Experience of working with Agile methodologies.

• Certifications or ample experience with RPA and Automation tools like BluePrism, Power Automate, and Copilot.

• Experience connecting to and processing data via APIs.

• Curiosity about exploring and applying AI technologies, including identifying opportunities to enhance automation and decision-making through AI-driven tools and services.

• Experience with user acceptance testing and the creation of test scripts.
