As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Roadmanager for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

As Road Manager, you are responsible for bringing together the right expertise areas across the CDAO domain to ensure alignment and progress on this critical initiative. You will coordinate and facilitate collaboration between teams working on data protection, metadata management, data quality, D&A Products and Platform capabilities. A key part of your role is to ensure that strategic goals are translated into concrete deliverables and embedded in the backlogs of the relevant departments. You will also be responsible for creating transparency around progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that we, as a CDAO domain, take the necessary steps this year to embed AI Ready Data into business-as-usual operations.

Experience:

• Master degree;

• 5+ years of experience in roadmap or program management in data-intensive and regulated environments;

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams;

• Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple domains and priorities;

• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and AI enablement;

• Understanding of the challenges of unstructured data and privacy risk management;

• Proactive, structured, and facilitative leadership style.
