About the Role

As a Risk Manager you'll be instrumental in designing and enhancing a comprehensive risk management framework, supporting new product development, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all areas. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in building a robust, future-facing risk infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities (Full Spec. Avail)

• Design and implement a holistic risk management framework covering market, operational, and counterparty risk.
• Monitor key risk indicators and develop dashboards to support real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and legal teams to assess and manage emerging risks.
• Ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Foster a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 years
• In-depth understanding of derivatives, market structure, and liquidity management.
• Strong familiarity with EU financial regulation and risk governance best practices.
• Demonstrable ability to work with quantitative data to assess and communicate risk exposures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience working in cross-functional teams.
