We are currently seeking a Manager for our new advisory service offering related to risk, compliance, and regulation (excluding financial services) for our corporate sector. This role reports to the Partner leading this service. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with an interest in legal compliance, involved in delivering projects, securing new work, and supporting thought leadership development. This role offers variety, learning opportunities, and career progression. If you are pragmatic, detail-oriented, and enjoy building client relationships, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high standards within time and budget constraints.
• Define compliance requirements, document process flows and controls, and identify gaps.
• Provide pragmatic, risk-based recommendations to clients.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients and internal teams, including attending and presenting at meetings and networking events.
• Support business development activities such as targeting, proposal writing, and thought leadership.
• Stay informed about developments in compliance, enterprise risk management, and regulation.

• A collaborative approach with pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
