Rider Compliance Team Lead (Hybrid)

Deliveroo is seeking a Rider Compliance Manager in Manchester to lead the Rider Onboarding, Lifecycle, and Compliance team, ensuring riders remain compliant and supported on the road. You will report to the Senior Manager and oversee a 5+ person team, balancing regulatory needs with operational efficiency.

You will drive global initiatives, design scalable processes, harness data with Looker and Sheets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve rider experience and safety.
