Job Description

RGI + Guidewire Business Analyst

Start: ASAP
Duration: Until end of year (EOY) + extensions
Location: Remote/Europe (German-speaking required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support business and system analysis across front, middle, and Back Office processes.

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements through inception, design, development, and testing phases.

  • Document business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements.

  • Define integration interfaces and contribute to API and file-based integration design and testing.

  • Participate in agile delivery, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery quality.

  • Support testing activities, combining both business analysis and test analysis responsibilities.


Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background as a Business Analyst within insurance sector projects.

  • Hands-on experience with RGI and Guidewire platforms.

  • Skilled in test analysis within insurance environments.

  • Fluent German speaker - essential.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
