Working Pattern
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 out of 7 working days
  • 7:30am - 5pm
  • Must have weekend flexibility
  • One weekend on, one weekend off

The Role
  • Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, adhering to HACCP regulations.
  • Ensure the team provides the highest level of customer service.
  • Work as part of the team to deliver service on time and to the highest possible standard.
  • Complete any administration as requested.
  • Complete bookkeeping procedures in line with company requirements.
  • Report defective equipment and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
  • Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked.
  • Manage the unit efficiently and effectively, ensuring all gross profit targets are met.
  • Manage all aspects of hospitality catering.
  • Induct, train and appraise employees as per company procedures.
  • Ensure all Health, Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Comply with HACCP regulations as necessary.
The Person
  • Previous experience working within a fast paced catering/hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP.
  • Previous management/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience working in a contract catering environment.
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or above.
  • Basic statutory training: candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day to day basis.
