Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join a dynamic financial services team. This is a replacement role, reporting to a senior leader within the HR function. You will work closely with multiple senior stakeholders including partners, managing directors, and C-level executives across various business areas, including alternative investment and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive and international mobility compensation programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective compensation solutions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication, guiding senior leaders through compensation processes.
- Support global compensation initiatives with a focus on the UK market and some US involvement.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Proven client-facing experience and comfort working with senior leadership.
