Reward Manager Grade 8: Data-Driven Pay & Benefits Lead

University of Bradford is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join the People, Culture and Wellbeing Directorate. This role focuses on developing the University's reward offer, including pay and benefits, job evaluation, market benchmarking, pay-gap analysis and reward-related policies.
