Reward Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

Northamptonshire (hybrid, with occasional travel to London)£70,000 - £80,000 + strong benefits package

We're working with a well-established, values-led organisation to appoint a Reward Manager into a key role within their HR function.

This is a broad and hands-on position, offering ownership of compensation and benefits across a multi-entity environment.

The Role

You'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of reward across the business, ensuring programmes are competitive, well-governed and clearly understood.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the annual salary and bonus review cycle end-to-end
  • Leading benchmarking, job evaluation and pay structure development
  • Overseeing benefits provision, including renewals, providers and platforms
  • Producing reward analysis, insights and modelling to support decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance within a regulated environment
  • Enhancing communication of pay, benefits and wellbeing offerings
  • Supporting governance processes and senior stakeholder reporting

About You

  • Experience within reward, compensation & benefits
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and modelling
  • Experience in a regulated or structured environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Able to translate complex reward concepts into clear, practical messaging
