Reward & Compensation Specialist - Data-Driven Pay

easyJet in Luton is seeking a Reward Specialist to own and deliver our annual salary and bonus review cycles, while strengthening reward governance across the business. You'll use Workday and advanced Excel to analyse data, benchmark against market pay, and provide clear recommendations to HR, Finance and senior leaders.
