Reward & Benefits Lead - Hybrid, Data-Driven & Inclusive

Aston University is seeking a Reward and Benefits Lead to enhance their pay and benefits framework. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in the reward sector to support employee benefits and recognition initiatives.

You will work with various departments to provide insights and advice while liaising with benefit providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in managing complex data.

This position offers a flexible working model, with 2 days remote and 3 days on-site involvement.
