Essentials

3+ years' professional, hands on experience focused on Revit MEP modelling within a consulting engineering or contracting environment, with a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or Architectural Technology. Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage, with experience modelling to LOD 300/400 and a solid understanding of building services coordination. Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.

Reporting into

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for HVAC, electrical and public health/plumbing systems
• Model ductwork, pipework, containment, lighting, power and associated MEP systems
• Carry out clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Identify, report and resolve multidisciplinary spatial clashes before construction
• Produce accurate installation drawings, sections, schematics, elevations and bills of materials from Revit models
• Create and modify parametric Revit MEP families, including connectors and system classifications
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards and ISO 19650 requirements
• Work collaboratively within shared central models alongside architects, structural designers and MEP engineers
• Ensure models are developed to the required LOD and are suitable for fabrication and installation
• Support lead engineers and project teams in delivering fully coordinated MEP packages
