About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and strategic Revenue Strategy Manager to architect, optimize, and continuously improve our go-to-market engine. You will help define in collaboration with Sales Leadership markets, territories, quotas, and commercial strategy, while driving deep analysis of sales performance, ensuring process discipline, and framing cross-functional growth initiatives. You need to have an impact both on productivity and performance of the Sales team. Eventually, you are creating a team of Sales Enabler to ensure great discipline & constant improvement of our Sales Processes. This is a high-impact, senior role with visibility across leadership and a direct path to shaping how Sunday scales in its key markets.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy- ICP and Sales Strategy (product, acquisition channel, customer type) per region.
- Own territory design, quota setting, and sales org structure.
- Establish targets and GTM plays for outbound, inbound, and partnerships.
- Partner with leadership to design scalable expansion strategies.
- Gather product feedback from Sales and, together with the sales leadership team, ensure we properly relay the Voice of Acquisition.
- Monitor funnel performance (lead opp close) and detect bottlenecks, both on acquisition side & upsell side. You have a 360 view on the revenue generation process
- Drive process optimization across sales & ops motions.
- Standardize operations to ensure consistency across regions.
- Manage / Partner with Enablement to enforce discipline and adoption of processes.
- Build and maintain reporting systems (Salesforce, Metabase, Sheets).
- Track and analyze KPIs: win rates, CAC, LTV, payback.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership to improve productivity and ROI.
- Challenge sales teams with clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Frame and prioritize growth projects:

- Lead enrichment & scrapping
- Outreach sequencing and playbooks
- GTM experiments with Marketing & Partnerships
- Act as business product owner for Revenue Engineering (backlog prioritization).
- Scale what works and continuously iterate on the sales machine.
- Experience: 4-10 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth scale-up (BizOps, Revenue Strategy, Chief of Staff or equivalent). Startup GM/Market GM/Revenue Operations for Sales in a scale-up experience is a big plus.
- Analytical & technical skills: Strong with data (Excel/Sheets mastery, SQL a big plus). Confident with CRM systems and GTM tooling.
- Strong interpersonal skills: You will work closely with multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication, aligning perspectives, and fostering more effective ways of working
- Mindset: Ambitious, determined, structured, execution-driven. Thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity.
- Business & product sense: Understands sales strategy but also has sensitivity to product and GTM innovation.
- Leadership: Cross-functional influencer able to partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering.
- Languages: You are fluent in both English and French, with the ability to work and communicate confidently in an international environment.
- Achievement of sales productivity targets (quota attainment, pipeline coverage).
