Leicester (Hybrid working available after probation)
c£35,000 p.a. + bonus + benefits

Our client is a well-established and high-profile organisation with a strong brand and ambitious growth plans. With a focus on delivering innovative commercial solutions, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with a driven and proactive Revenue & Partnerships Manager.
Role & Responsibilities of the Revenue & Partnerships Manager:
- Identify and secure new commercial partnerships across a range of sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of partnerships
About You as the Revenue & Partnerships Manager:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or sponsorship roles
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
