Retention & Engagement Officer - Individual Giving (Hybrid)

The Royal British Legion is seeking a Retention Officer to support the Individual Giving team in London. You will help create structured supporter journeys, ensuring communications are timely, well-planned and aligned with fundraising activity. Two roles are available within the Retention function.

You'll work with managers, data teams and agencies to turn audience insights into effective donor communications, delivering coordinated activity and continuous improvement across stakeholders.
