Retail Team Leader we call you our Brand Leads. As a Brand Lead, you have your own style and are genuine ambassadors for our brand. You are an expert in delivering an exceptional customer brand experience in-store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to achieve store targets and excel in all areas.

Main responsibilities

Operations & Service

  • Use your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
  • Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our customers.
  • Make confident decisions about customer needs, including handling consumer issues in-store.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by role modeling our behaviors, values, and style.
  • Build trust through collaboration and open communication.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring it reflects the Superdry look.
  • Take ownership of delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
  • Support compliance tasks like loss prevention and health & safety.
  • Drive excellence and a positive attitude within the team.
  • Share and promote the Superdry culture with colleagues.
  • Maintain commercial awareness of store KPIs and contribute ideas to improve performance.
  • Be proactive and productive daily, making a positive impact.
  • Be authentic and true to yourself.
  • Hold keys for opening and closing the store, including cash handling responsibilities.

  • Support daily supervision of the team.
  • Motivate and support team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Provide clear direction and inspire associates to achieve targets.
  • Lead the team alongside managers to meet store goals and create a great working environment.
  • Coordinate operational tasks effectively.
