Retail Supervisor

Location: Units 56/57, Castle Court Royal Avenue, Belfast BT1 1FD
Hours: 20 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours
Shifts: Flexible
Salary: £13.65 per hour

Responsibilities

Motivate and manage a team in a fast paced high street retail environment. Lead staff to meet sales targets, maintain store presentation, manage inventory, reduce shrinkage and deliver excellent customer service. Support the management team with day to day store operations, driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer (preferred)
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential)
