Job Description
Pay & Benefits 
Hourly pay is £13.61 with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week, earning at least £530 per week. Overtime may be available.

- Act as a key member of the management team, supporting the manager to run an efficient shop and deliver excellent customer service.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager's absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries processed quickly, and shop routines maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the retail assistant team.
- Manage operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
- Friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
- People person with strong working relationship building skills.
- Trustworthy and reliable, capable of being a trusted team member.
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or related industry preferred but not necessary for entry level career.
- Completion of a Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check (Scotland) if hired for the advertised position; employment is subject to a satisfactory check.
Full time permanent position: 39 hours per week, 5 days a week across a 5 day rotation. Must be fully flexible across the week, including weekends.
