Hours and Pay39 hours per week, across 5 days.
Hourly rate: £13.61.

Position OverviewWe are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our new shop opening in King Street, Aberdeen.
Please note that full time employees must be fully flexible in availability, including weekends.
Pay & BenefitsHourly pay rate £13.61; guaranteed minimum of 39 hours per week (at least £530 per week).

- Support the manager as part of the management team, running an efficient shop and delivering excellent customer service.
- Run the shop in the manager's absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries processed quickly and shop routines completed safely.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
- A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
- A people person who builds strong working relationships.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to doing your best at all times.
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to complete an Employment Verification check and a Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check.
