Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

The Role

As the Store Manager, you'll;

• Lead& develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service& maximise performance.
• Createexciting in-store promotions and experiences.
• Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stockmanagement.
• Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stockcontrol.
• Ensurethe smooth running of the store.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bringingfresh ideasfrom yourpreviousexperience in retailmanagement, ideally 2+years
• Strongleadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passionfor customer service & sales.
• Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
• Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers - with full trainingprovided (Optional)
