You will be joining a prestigious, customer-first wellbeing and pharmacy retail brand known for combining luxury service with expert product knowledge.
The roleAs Retail Store Manager, you will be the inspirational and commercial leader of the retail floor, setting the tone for performance, service and culture. This is a hands on leadership role for an experienced retail manager who thrives in a premium environment and knows how to balance commercial results with exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving the store's commercial strategy to achieve ambitious sales, profit and performance targets
- Leading operational excellence, including health and safety, compliance, tills and day to day store standards
- Championing a world class, luxury customer journey and acting as a visible brand ambassador on the shop floor
- Leading, coaching and developing a management team of Floor Managers, with clear ownership of succession planning
- Working closely with central teams and brand partners to support product launches, training and sales initiatives
- Overseeing general store operations including key holder duties, rota planning and smooth daily trading
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, with full flexibility required including weekends. The store operates extended trading hours, with shifts ranging from early starts to late finishes to support the needs of the business.

You are an experienced Store Manager with at least three years at this level, a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering results. You're warm and confident, know how to motivate management teams, and genuinely care about developing people. You bring sharp planning skills, excellent communication and a natural ability to deliver high end, customer centric service. Experience or interest in healthcare, wellbeing or beauty is a strong advantage, as is a passion for creating memorable retail experiences.
