Retail Store Manager - Uncapped Bonus & Training

Fitshop UK Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in our London-area store. You will own the customer journey and ensure a best-in-class in-store experience while driving revenue and profitability.

As part of the Retail Management Team, you will recruit, coach and develop staff, coordinate resources, and implement store initiatives to maximise footfall and sales. Full training is provided and a 37.5 hour contract is offered.
