East Anglia Children's Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Shop Manager to lead the team at our Angora Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH's vibrant retail team and manage one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.
You'll support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, drive community engagement, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive and efficiently retail environment while supporting children and young people with life-threatening conditions and their families.

With stylish branded donations and quality pieces arriving all the time, it's a fun, energetic charity retail environment where no two days are ever quite the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive and well-presented shop environment.
- Driving performance through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional activity.
- Building strong relationships in the local community to encourage donations and volunteer support.
- Managing day-to-day operations including health & safety, stock rotation, and financial reporting.
