Retail Shop Lead - Community Impact & Flexible Hours

British Red Cross is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Chichester to lead a friendly team and run a profitable, customer-focused charity shop on the high street.

You will oversee volunteers, deliver induction and development, and work closely with the shop manager to provide an excellent shopping experience while keeping financial targets in view. The role is 21 hours per week, permanent, with hybrid/flexible working options.
