Retail Service Team Member - Flexible Weekend Hours

The National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member at Bodnant Garden Craft Centre to support busy visitor operations. You'll help meet targets, solve problems, and deliver great service across locations.

This is a zero-hour contract with variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and no evening or split shifts. Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll work 2-3 days per week on a rota, typically 9:30am-5pm.
