Job Description

Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) in London/Swindon hybrid is seeking a Service Manager to oversee Retail & Travel client programs, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality service across delivery channels. You will be the client advocate, coordinating across EPS and Edenred teams and driving improvements.

You will build strong client relationships, support onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with the sales team on RFPs, service reviews and revenue targets.
