Retail Security Specialist - Flexible Full-Time Shifts

B&M Retail Limited in Portishead is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role covers daytime, evening and weekend shifts, working closely with the Store Management Team to protect stock and deter loss.

You'll actively monitor the shop floor, operate CCTV in line with policy, enforce Health & Safety procedures, and respond calmly to incidents.
